Default Advice me please what bank in UK I can choose

Good day!
Our company is going to open account in bank in UK but we have some questions. We have more than 50 transactions in day so we want that our process of payment was automatized. Please advise me what Bank have internet-banking which allow to use import/export transactions. For example, load some transactions from file that process of payment will not manual. Is it possible, what format of import-file and which bank details we must know?
Thank you!
