Default Bond Index

Hi.
I'm new to all this so please understand if my questions are 'basic'.
I've been offered investment in Barclays "14 per cent. Step Up Callable Perpetual Reserve Capital Instruments".
It's interesting but where can I check an Index to see it's current value/yield etc?
Is it actually traded on the Bond Exchange ???
Or a Credit Agency Rating for it.
Anything !!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for your help.
Morris
