Any news on the Peacock Consultancy scam?

Peacock was paying 8% interest PER MONTH which later reduced to 6% per month, and then he got arrested. She got her capital back, I think, because she got into it about a year before it ended, but the other person lost the lot. I heard recently there is some sort of repatriation of funds going on. Isn't this repatriation done according to how much people got back in interest i.e. those who got their capital back will rank behind those who got nothing? That was one of the big issues with the Madoff recovery - not everybody lost the lot. He also seems to be doing some other stuff http://www.scamdex.com/scam-database...mail-05443.php
