Default Trust Deed advice

Hi,

Can anyone help. I have a lot of debt, well about £22,000 in total (a mixture of credit cards and loans) and have been looking into doing a Trust Deed. Ive read you can pay it for 3 years and then it done with but I live in a rented flat. Will I have to tell my landlord about the Trust Deed? I dont want to get kicked out if he is not happy with it? Also how badly would it affect my credit rating if I did the Trust Deed?

First thing if yourself not able to repair it then you should meet to any professional. Secondly if you are paying your rent on time they what need to tell about it to your landlord.

Hi John,

I wouldn't bother telling your landlord, as long as you can keep paying the bills that is all your landlord will be bothered about. I found this site on Trust Deeds which might be helpful. It seems to have a lot of information on how trust deeds can affect your credit rating and property etc. Check it out, you may find it useful.
