PayPal or Western Union is the best option to transfer money internationally. You can choose any of them. Both are cost effective as well as safe. |

Paypal is easy to go with if your credit score or sitaution is good.I received a payment in USD 80 from Poland. The cost I paid was about $3.5. so I feel this would be the least expensive option.
