GDP Releases. Personal expenditures and similar ...inside.

Hi to you all!

I'm reading the last U.S. GDP release revised on 26th.
It shows (among others) an upper revision in PCE changed to 2.3% from
1.7% of the previous release.

Is it (as it appears to me) the same figure that will be released on
this Monday about January ?
What puzzles me is that:
If it is, why in the first month (i.e Jan) of each quarter PCE is not
released the same day of GDP as obviously their data are yet included in
that release ?
