Large mortgage advice
I have seen a property I want to buy and would have considered (given that I am providing a substantial deposit - over 40%), that obtaining a mortgage would be fairly straightforward. As I wish to borrow over £1million it has become apparent that as this is a large mortgage this is not straightforward at all and I am in fact struggling to obtain funding. Can anyone help?

I very much hope NOT. You've failed to acknowledge the replies you got to your "help please" post of 2 days ago. And now you reveal you're sitting on a million or more cash, and have the ability to service a £1m + mortgage. Evidently, your spam / trolling has no element of truth, and if it had you can clearly well afford some professional fees. -- Martin
