Default Solo Cards

Which banks still offer Solo cards on current accounts? First Direct
have just decided to replace them all with Visa debit, which is less
than helpful as the reason I had a Solo card in the first place was so
that I had at least one card which doesn't require me to sign up for
3D-insecure - switching it to Visa makes it a lot less useful. Any
suggestions as to where I can still get Solo?

Natwest possibly?

No the RBS group (Nat West / RBS / Ulster bank) has switched to Visa already
as well as HSBC (and as the op pointed out First Direct). Can't think of
anyone still doing Maestro / Solo cards.
