So do a trawl of t' net and see if you can find a pro-forma letter to send. I suggested going to a debt solicitor...the first 1/2 hr is free and will give them a view as to whether they have a case to reduce the debt burden due to previous bad advice/due caution. At least you know they will be a member of the law society...and where I live 300 quid buys a decent amount of law time...and if its gets pay back by debt burden rightoff then all the better. |
