Has anyone used a will writing service as opposed to a Solicitor?

Because they use a simple pro forma that doesn't take into account your particular circumstances. Nor do they contain clauses to deal with complicated situations such as where a couple die at the same time, or not quite at the same time. tim |

But you're right, you want someone legally qualified and minded rather than someone with a piece of software and a few hours training drawing up your will..... |
