OK most people might tick "don't use for gambling/adult site" but
how many people are going to say "never use for buying alcohol or
international purchases"? Think about the inconvenience of not
being able to put a bottle of beer in your supermarket shopping?
And as for "never to deliver overseas" most dealers aren't offering
this in the first place (as if they do it's at their risk).
My suggestion would be to have a reference that changes every time the
card is used. Therefore fraudsters would need more than the
information on the card.
That's the point of two-factor authorisation such as now starting to be
used for online banking.
