I'm not sure how you expect to get a reasonable answer to this one. What is
your attitude to risk? Can you accept it, knowing that whatever the risk
values may well go down. Have you looked at the performance of funds over a
9 year time scale? I have to say, however, that things do seem to be looking
up at the moment, so maybe it's a good time.
