Default Lying Sky News Caught out Trying to Talk up Fake UKIP Party

Sky News has humiliated itself by publishing a totally bogus report on
internet reach, deliberately distorting figures to try and talk up the
fake UKIP party ahead of tomorrow’s European elections.

In an article titled ‘UKIP Receive Google Boost Ahead Of Elections’,
Sky News falsely claims that more people are searching for UKIP than
any political party on Google, including the BNP.

The evidence they use for this is a graph which compares searches for
‘UKIP’ and then the other parties’ names spelled out such as ‘British
National Party.’

Either way - it means absolutely nothing. I've visited both the UKIP *and*
the BNP website - but I have no intention of voting for either of them -
particularly not the BNP. The number of website visits means nothing.
